Dedicated staff members are providing extraordinary services at A.G. Rhodes.  A.G. Rhodes employs over 600 staff members.  Each staff member is specially trained to be able to meet the needs of our older residents and their families.  Diligent background checks are performed on all employees to ensure the safety of our residents and fellow staff members.

Our three convenient metro-Atlanta locations are available to assist you or your loved one on the road to recovery.  All resident beds are certified for short-term rehabilitation.  Many of our residents have experienced a catastrophic event such as a stroke, fracture or debilitating disease and require hospitalization to stabilize their condition.  In today’s medical communities, hospitals treat and stabilize injuries and disease processes while keeping patients in the hospital for shorter periods of time.  Medicare guidelines require a qualifying three-night hospitalization for Medicare beneficiaries to receive short-term sub-acute care.  With this type of quick hospitalization, many seniors are being discharged to A.G. Rhodes requiring higher levels of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care than as in previous years.  Higher levels of care require more hours of hands on nursing and rehabilitative services such as IV maintenance, speech language pathology or occupational and physical therapies.  We are proud to be able to offer these higher levels of services based on resident need and bed availability.  For additional information, please contact our Admissions Directors.
