Employees are eligible for most benefits after 30 days of employment.

Part-time employees are eligible for one paid holiday, PTO, our wellness program, pet insurance, our matching 403b program and our leadership development program. Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are also eligible to participate in our voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Each year we offer a Nursing Education Scholarship and up to two scholarship recipients per community are selected by the community’s Scholarship Committee to receive funds to reimburse expenses incurred for tuition, books and labs during their course of study.

Additionally, some employees may be considered to attend approved training programs for job proficiency, and financial assistance for tuition, books and supplies for such programs may be provided.

Performance evaluations are typically completed on an annual basis and full-time and part-time employees are eligible for a pay increase at that time based on their performance.

Thanks to more streamlined hiring and onboarding processes, staff can usually begin working within 1-2 weeks after interviewing.

Yes, we typically do 4 days of training, but for new graduates we will do 2 to 4 weeks of on-the-job training.

We continuously maintain excellent staff-to-patient ratios.

Employees can choose what color or pattern of scrubs they wear as long as they aren’t branded with another company’s name or logo. We also offer opportunities for jean days, spirit wear days, and more.

Unless otherwise specified in the job description, full-time and part-time employees are required to work every other weekend.

Because we provide 24/7 direct nursing care and interact with elders every day, most positions require that staff be onsite.

Yes, all three of our locations are accessible via public transportation.

Yes all applicants must complete the A.G. Rhodes job application through ADP.

Though not required at this time, we strongly recommend that care partners be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
