Purchase a Commemorative Brick
A.G. Rhodes is offering commemorative bricks as part of our Legacy of Care project. These special bricks will be placed in the therapy garden at our Cobb home as a lasting tribute to your role as a friend of A.G. Rhodes. You may personalize a brick for yourself, your family, honor a loved one, or make a memoriam. New bricks will be installed on an ongoing basis.

Please review and follow the instructions below to purchase a brick. Email us at foundation@agrhodes.org if you have questions, and please add this email to your email safe list or check your SPAM mail to ensure that you receive the payment confirmation email.
- Complete the payment form below. You will have two brick sizes to choose from as depicted below.
- After you submit payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to a brick personalization form.
- Click on the link to the brick personalization form from your payment confirmation email and this is where you will enter inscription details and tribute / memoriam information if applicable.

Your order is not complete until both online forms have been submitted: the payment form below and the personalization form you will receive a link to via email after submitting payment.
