March 24, 2014-A.G. Rhodes selected as Top Workplace in Atlanta

A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab has been selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution 2014 Top Workplaces.

A.G. Rhodes was ranked six out of 25 large companies recognized, and among 100 total workplaces recognized in Atlanta. Additionally, there were 15 special category awards, and A.G. Rhodes received the Training Award. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top Workplaces on March 23^rd.

“This award is a testament to how committed we are to the seniors we serve,” said Albert K. Blackwelder, A.G. Rhodes Chief Executive Officer. “Many employees view their job with A.G. Rhodes as a career, not just a place to work. Employees treat each other, and the residents, like family.”

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
