The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) recently honored Angela Daugherty, Administrator of A.G. Rhodes of Cobb, as a 2016 recipient of the ACHCA Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award. The award, named in memory of visionary ACHCA member Eli Pick, recognizes administrators who provide exceptional leadership and whose teams have achieved quality that few others have been able to reach.
Daugherty earned this award based on the home’s excellent results from surveys, high performance on quality measures, and an 80 percent or greater facility occupancy.
“This award reflects our commitment to provide the best possible care to the seniors who stay with us,” said Daugherty. “I’m incredibly proud of the staff at A.G. Rhodes of Cobb, and it’s gratifying to see their hard work recognized on a national level.”
