October 25, 2013 – A.G. Rhodes of Cobb successfully completes annual state survey

A.G. Rhodes of Cobb finished another great annual survey this week. Each year, the Georgia Department of Community Health sends inspection teams unannounced to nursing homes throughout the state for an annual survey of their operations and facilities. Each A.G. Rhodes facility consistently achieves great survey results, which contribute to our five-star quality ratings.
