A.G. Rhodes launched its inaugural Leadership Training Program in 2021, and we celebrated our first class of graduates at a ceremony earlier this month.

The purpose of the Leadership Training Program is to promote equity and inclusion at A.G. Rhodes by providing mentorships and advancement opportunities for care partners, specifically frontline staff. The program—which will be offered annually—promotes professional development within the organization and prepares participants for business management or clinical management roles in the health care field.

“We are committed to celebrating our diversity and ensuring all aspects of our mission and operations foster equity and inclusion throughout our communities,” said Deke Cateau, A.G. Rhodes CEO. “This program reflects our steadfast commitment to advancement opportunities that promote justice and inclusivity for all.”

Congratulations to our first class of participants (pictured left to right with CEO Deke Cateau): Claudette Gaines (CNA at A.G. Rhodes Atlanta), Roschelle Hughes (Social Services Assistant at A.G.
