“For me, PRIDE is about living life openly and h “For me, PRIDE is about living life openly and honestly, with integrity, dignity and joy, and without fear for simply being who I am.

When I was first hired, I wasn’t sure about A.G. Rhodes as an inclusive place to work. It was after a local LGBTQ+ magazine interviewed me about being a Dietitian in Atlanta and making it very clear I was a gay woman, that I really saw things differently. As word got out about my article, I was immediately recognized and embraced by my many co-workers from the dining staff to the corporate team.

At A.G. Rhodes, I know I can show up as my authentic self, unapologetically, and feel respected and included by my peers and residents, many with whom I have built close relationships.

A.G. Rhodes is truly a place where diversity is valued, and all staff and residents are welcomed and included.”

~ Jennifer Karlebach, Registered Dietitian
