A.G. Rhodes recently launched A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions, an internal agency staffed by qualified nursing care partners who work at all three locations to fill staffing gaps.
In recent years, the health care industry—particularly the nursing home sector—has faced significant workforce challenges that have been exacerbated by COVID-19. A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions helps fill in workforce gaps with an internal team of compassionate, trained staff, while decreasing the organization’s reliance on external staffing agencies.

Rhodes Care Solutions is currently hiring for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who can work at least two shifts per month and can travel to and work at all three A.G.
